1. Parties
This Email Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between Tuis Travel is a service provided by Tuis Exclusive Travel Agency. (License No: 12075) (“Company”), the owner and operator of the website www.calisbeachtransfers.com, and the user (“Subscriber”) who subscribes to the email newsletter via the website.
2. Subject
This Agreement regulates the terms regarding the sending of campaigns, announcements, informational and promotional content via email by the Company after the Subscriber registers for the email newsletter through the website www.calisbeachtransfers.com.
3. Subscription Service
