1) Are your prices per person or per transfer ?
The prices are per transfer (per vehicle)

3) How do I pay for my transfer ?
All payments must be paid as cash and directly to your driver at the end of journey on your arrival day.You just need to print off the confirmation document and present it to your driver at the airport.

4) How far in advance do I have to reserve ?
We highly recommend you to book at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that we have enough time to process your request.However, we will try to do our best to accommodate any last minute requests.

5) What will be happen if I need to cancel my reservation ?
You may cancel your booking free of charge and the cancellations should be made by the client who has reserved prior to 24 hours of arrival or departure time

6) How do I find my driver at the airport ?
Your driver will be wait for you holding a board and your name will be written on it.

7) What if I made a reservation for you to pick me up at the airport, and my flight is late?
We will know whenever your flight is late or early. At the time you made the reservation, you provided us with the airline, flight number and scheduled arrival time. Your driver will be checking with the airline to verify the actual arrival time, and he will be waiting at the airport or nearby for your call.

8) What if I am able to get an earlier flight?
We require you to let us know as soon as possible, whenever you make any changes to your existing reservation. Please send us a SMS text and let know of your new airline, flight number, and scheduled arrival time.

10) What are your vehicle types ?
We use variety of sedan cars,6-seater mercedes mini-vans,7-seater mercedes mini-vans,6-seater volkswagen mini-vans,7-seater volkswagen mini-vans,14-seater mercedes mini-buses,14-seater volkswagen mini-buses.All of our vehicles are air-conditioned and we have a non smoking policy.

11) How do I know what time you will pick me up to go to the airport ?
Your pick-up time will be shown in your confirmation document.However, it is important that you send us a SMS TEXT before your departure to confirm that there has been no change in your pick-up address or flight time.

12) Where are your pick up and drop off points ?
We provide a fully door-to-door transfer service. On your arrival day we will pick you up from the airport which you have landed in and take you to the door of your exact address in your selected resort.
On your departure day we will pick you up from your address and drop you off at the terminal which your flight leaves from.

13) What airports do you serve ?
We serve Dalaman and Antalya airports.

14) Do you operate outside your area ?
Yes, we can take you wherever you would like to go! Please contact us for a quote.

15) How long does it take to get from airport to my destination?
You may find the distances and durations on our price list.The journey times has been given approximately and may vary on the high holiday season.

16) How much luggage can I have in the vehicle?
You may take one regular-sized suitcase and one item of hand luggage.For any extra or unusual luggages,please inform us at the time of bookind then we may send a larger vehicle.

17) Do you provide child/baby seats ?
Yes, upon request we do provide baby seats for free of charge.Please note that you are responsible for the fitting of your child in the seat.

18) Do I need to tip the driver ?
This is entirely at your discretion whether you wish to tip the driver.

19) How do we book a tour or book a vehicle for more than one hour?
To book a vehicle anything more than a pick up and drop off, Please contact us for a quote.

20) One of the travelers in our group has a wheelchair. Can I bring the wheelchair in the van?
Folding wheelchairs can always be accommodated ( at no charge) but our vans are not equipped with ramps for motorized chairs.
